Role Purpose

Polyzone Trading PLC is establishing a new café business and seeks a dynamic Cafeteria Manager to lead operations from concept to daily management. The role requires entrepreneurial drive, hospitality expertise, and strong organizational skills to ensure the café’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Setup

• Develop café concept, layout, and workflow in collaboration with owners.
• Oversee design, ambiance, and customer experience planning.

Procurement

• Identify and procure equipment, furniture, and suppliers (coffee beans, snacks, bakery items).
• Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships.

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Implement hygiene and food safety standards.

Operations Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Develop menu offerings and pricing strategies.
• Manage inventory, cash flow, and daily operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in café/restaurant management.
• Proven ability in team leadership, procurement, and compliance management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for hospitality.

Skills
