We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any job listing, employer profile, or user-submitted information.

The final hiring decision rests solely with the employer or recruiting company.
We do not guarantee a specific number of job alerts or listings per month. Alerts and listings are published based on availability.
We do not guarantee delivery of notifications or alerts where delivery fails due to network issues, device settings, carrier problems, or any other reason beyond our control.

5. User Accounts and Registration

Not use the platform to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications.

7. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer or recruiter using our platform, you agree to:

Not post discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job listings.
Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations in Ethiopia and any other relevant jurisdiction.

Kedami Jobs shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any job listing, employer information, user content, or third-party content published on our platform.
Kedami Jobs shall not be liable for any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or misconduct by any employer, job seeker, recruiter, or other third party using our Service.
Kedami Jobs shall not be liable for any failure to deliver job alerts or notifications due to network unavailability, technical issues, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
Kedami Jobs shall not be liable for any employment decision, hiring outcome, or contractual obligation between employers and job seekers.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the fees, if any, paid by you directly to Kedami Jobs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kedami Jobs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
