1. Background

Birrama Digital Commerce PLC is a technology-driven company focused on digital commerce, fintech enablement, and platform-based services. As part of its strategic growth and brand positioning, Birrama is investing in high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven short-form video content across social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar vertical video channels.

To support this initiative, Birrama invites qualified and experienced videography and production firms or independent creators to submit proposals for end-to-end social media video production services.

2. Objective of the Assignment

The objective of this assignment is to engage a professional video production partner capable of delivering consistent, high-quality, and platform-optimized short-form video content that aligns with Birrama’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and audience engagement goals.

3. Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for full-cycle video production, including but not limited to:

3.1 Pre-Production

• Review and interpret scripts provided by Birrama 
• Develop shot plans and production schedules 
• Provide creative input to enhance content performance 

3.2 Production (Filming)

• Capture high-quality video and audio using professional equipment 
• Direct on-screen talent provided by Birrama 
• Ensure alignment with brand tone, style, and messaging 

3.3 Post-Production

• Video editing (cuts, transitions, pacing optimization) 
• Color grading and sound design 
• Integration of: 
  • Text overlays 
  • Subtitles/captions  
  • Motion graphics (if required) 
• Incorporation of licensed or royalty-free music suitable for commercial use 

3.4 Content Optimization

• Adapt videos for social media algorithms and engagement 
• Ensure trend alignment where appropriate 

4. Deliverables

The selected bidder is expected to deliver:

• Total Videos: Approximately 90 short-form videos 
• Production Period: 3 months 
• Weekly Output: Minimum 7 videos per week 

Technical Specifications

All videos must meet the following standards:

• Resolution: 1080 × 1920 (Full HD Vertical) 
• Aspect Ratio: 9:16 
• Format: MP4 (H.264 codec) 
• Quality: No visual or audio defects 

5. Delivery Schedule

• Weekly draft submissions for review (mid-week) 
• Final approved versions delivered by end of each week 
• Adherence to a strict production cadence is required 

6. Roles and Responsibilities

6.1 Birrama (Client) Will Provide:

• Scripts (in advance) 
• Talent/models  
• Brand assets and guidelines 

6.2 Service Provider Will Be Responsible For:

• All production logistics 
• Equipment and crew 
• Editing and final output 
• Licensing of any third-party materials (music, footage, etc.) 

7. Duration of Engagement

The assignment is expected to run for three (3) consecutive months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

8. Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Proven experience in social media video production 
• Strong portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok/Reels preferred) 
• Access to professional video production equipment 
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-volume content consistently
