Position: Experienced Secretary / Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a capable and experienced Secretary to manage day-to-day office operations, handle administrative and financial payment tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our business office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Handle all office-related payments including utilities, office supplies, vendor payments, and other operational expenses
- Maintain accurate records of all payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and official documents
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Assist management with clerical and administrative support as needed
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and government offices when required
- Ensure the office is well-equipped and operational at all times

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in office administration or secretarial roles, preferably in a business or trading environment
- Proven experience in handling payments, petty cash, and office financial transactions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Amharic (both written and spoken)
