Field Sales Representative

Role Purpose

Generate leads, manage key customer relationships, conduct field visits, and contribute directly to sales growth by achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads in assigned areas
• Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospects
• Promote company products and services effectively
• Invite and direct potential clients to the showroom
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Provide regular market feedback and customer insights

Compensation

• Gross Salary: 10,000 ETB per month
• Commission: 2% on sales

Educational Background & Requirements

• BA Degree in any field
• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
