We are seeking a versatile and an ethical Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our web applications and internal systems and other company tasks. We are looking for someone who combines technical excellence with a proactive mindset to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

1) Employment Status: This position is initially contract-based, with the potential for transition to a permanent role based on performance.
2) Commitment: Selected candidates are required to commit to a mandatory minimum employment term of one year.
3) Language Proficiency:Applicants must demonstrate full professional fluency (listening, speaking, and writing) in both Amharic and English.
4) Guarantor Requirement: Successful candidates must provide a legal guarantor(s) within three to five business days of their selection.
5) Content Creation: Candidates are expected to produce high-quality written content and scripts.
6) Integrity & Plagiarism: The initial assessment is conducted online. Any evidence of plagiarism or "copy-pasting" from external websites will result in immediate disqualification.
