We are seeking a visionary General Manager to oversee the daily operations, strategic growth, and academic excellence of our aesthetic training center. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between medical aesthetics and premium education, ensuring our students receive world-class training while the center hits its commercial milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student intake for Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and advanced skincare courses.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and medical protocols. Ensure all training materials and clinical practices align with current industry regulations.
• Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of clinical educators, administrative staff, and facility maintenance personnel.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, optimize ROI on marketing campaigns, and develop tiered pricing structures for training packages.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in a management role within the aesthetic, wellness, or private education sector.
• Education: A degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Clinical background is a significant plus).
