Graphic Designer

Key Purpose Statement:
To develop compelling visual content that strengthens Temer Properties’ brand identity across digital and traditional platforms while supporting marketing and sales initiatives through creative design solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, advertising campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Develop branding assets that maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Create motion graphics and assist in video editing projects when required.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce campaign visuals.
• Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns and promotional strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• At least 1 year Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and campaign materials.
• Experience in motion graphics and basic video editing is highly preferred.

Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
