About This Role

This is a high-stakes executive role steering the financial direction of a multi-entity conglomerate. As Group Finance Director, you won't just manage accounts—you’ll shape strategic decisions across all subsidiaries, balancing growth ambitions with fiscal discipline. It’s suited for a seasoned finance leader who thrives on complexity, cross-functional influence, and building systems that scale.

What the Requirements Say About This Role

The listing signals a need for someone with deep experience in group-level consolidation, not just single-entity accounting. A track record of strengthening internal controls and leading audit readiness is implied, not optional.

How to Approach This Application

Frame your application around transformation and alignment. Highlight specific examples where you’ve unified financial reporting across multiple entities or improved cash flow management in a growing group.
