As the company expands its operations and workforce across West Africa, the Human Resources Department requires structured reinforcement to ensure effective manpower planning, payroll governance, labour law compliance, and performance management across all operational units. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, oversee workforce planning and recruitment strategies, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit. The role administers compensation and benefits programs, ensures compliance with labor laws and company regulations, and supports performance management and staff development initiatives. The HR Manager maintains accurate employee records, coordinates expatriate and local staff requirements, and provides strategic HR guidance to senior management to align people practices with organizational goals.

Salary: Negotiable but attractive.

Employment Term: Permanent.

Duty Station: Guinea, Conakry – West Africa

Note: French language proficiency for all positions and ERP/software tool familiarity are an asset for office-based roles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, or Business Administration
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in human resources management at least 4 years in construction company
• Specialization: HR policy, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff development
• Industry: Technical and construction personnel recruitment preferred
