As the company expands its operations and workforce across West Africa, the Human Resources Department requires structured reinforcement to ensure effective manpower planning, payroll governance, labour law compliance, and performance management across all operational units. TACON PLC SARL invites qualified candidates to apply for the following positions within the Human Resources Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, oversee workforce planning and recruitment strategies, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit. The role administers compensation and benefits programs, ensures compliance with labor laws and company regulations, and supports performance management and staff development initiatives. The HR Manager maintains accurate employee records, coordinates expatriate and local staff requirements, and provides strategic HR guidance to senior management to align people practices with organizational goals.
Salary: Negotiable but attractive.
Employment Term: Permanent.
Duty Station: Guinea, Conakry — West Africa
Note: French language proficiency is required for all positions. ERP/software tool familiarity is an asset for office-based roles. Candidates with prior experience in construction or infrastructure companies will receive preferential consideration.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or Business Administration
Experience
- Minimum 8 years in human resources management, with at least 4 years in a construction company or infrastructure development environment (strongly preferred)
Specialization
- HR policy, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff development
Industry
- Technical and construction personnel recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with demonstrated experience managing HR operations in construction, engineering, or project-based environments will be given priority.
