As the company expands its operations and workforce across West Africa, the Human Resources Department requires structured reinforcement to ensure effective manpower planning, payroll governance, labour law compliance, and performance management across all operational units. TACON PLC SARL invites qualified candidates to apply for the following positions within the Human Resources Department.
Position: HR OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Officer will monitor attendance, leave records, and timesheets across project sites, prepare and verify payroll input documentation, and administer employment contracts and renewals. The role maintains the employee database, supports disciplinary and grievance procedures, and assists in HR compliance audits and regulatory reviews to ensure consistent adherence to company policies.
Salary: Negotiable but attractive.
Employment Term: Permanent.
Duty Station: Guinea, Conakry — West Africa
Note: French language proficiency is required for all positions. ERP/software tool familiarity is an asset for office-based roles. Candidates with prior experience in construction or infrastructure companies will receive preferential consideration.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or Business Administration
Experience
- Minimum 4 years HR operational experience, with at least 2 years in a construction company or project-based environment (strongly preferred)
Specialization
- Attendance management; payroll preparation; contract administration; HR documentation control
Industry
- Project-based and construction environments are strongly preferred. Familiarity with managing HR operations on active construction sites will be an added advantage.
