Duty Station: Head Office
Salary : Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding.
Documentation: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files, including contracts and disciplinary records.
Compliance: Ensure all workplace practices adhere to local labor proclamations and internal HR manuals.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and grievances.
Key Requirements:
Education: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in an HR role.
Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of EthiopianLabor Law.
Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (HR Information Systems), MS Office, and professional report writing.
