HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Organization in Ethiopia (re-registered with Certificate No. 0040) with Agency for Civil Organizations, operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development & Employment, and Emergency Responses working areas. Geographically we work in Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, Sidama, Somali, Central Ethiopia, South Ethiopia, Gambella, Afar, Harara, and Dire Dawa regional states. HELVETAS is looking for a registered Audit Company to conduct the annual audit the books and accounts for its projects and programmes for the calendar year 2026.
Eligibility: Audit companies which fulfil the following requirements are eligible to bid:
- Professional competence assurance certificates;
- Registration certificate from AABE;
- Renewed trade license;
- Document evidencing settlement of government taxes;
- VAT and TIN certificates;
- Renewed auditor general license for the current fiscal year.
How To Apply
Interested & qualified applicants fulfilling the above requirements can collect a “Terms of Reference for Audit of 2026 Accounts” in person who shall come along with an official letter requesting for TOR with a scan of a renewed trade license by paying non-returnable Birr 1,000.
