Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced Diploma or BSc Degree in Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience in irrigation construction works.
- Minimum experience on at least one directly relevant irrigation project is required.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate site activities, workers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and work schedules.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, measurements, and site documentation/reporting.
- Ability and willingness to work at project sites.
