Key Responsibilities
Horticultural Care: Cultivate, prune, plant, and systematically fertilize premium flowers, structural ornamental shrubs, and property trees.
Irrigation Monitoring: Routinely inspect, adjust, and troubleshoot automated landscape irrigation systems to optimize plant health and minimize water waste.
Pest & Disease Control: Monitor botanical health closely, identify signs of plant diseases or insect infestations, and apply targeted treatments.
Debris Removal: Keep all main driveways, courtyards, fountain areas, and pedestrian pathways completely clear of fallen leaves, twigs, and organic waste.
Seasonal Rotations: Plan and execute seasonal floral rotations to ensure the property entrance and social areas look striking and vibrant year-round.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6months of dedicated professional gardening, estate landscaping, or upscale commercial horticulture experience.
Botanical Knowledge: Strong operational understanding of plant care and soil health.
Equipment Proficiency: Expert handling of landscape tools
Physical Demands: Heavily physical outdoor role requiring the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 23 kg in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain).
Professional Conduct: Quiet, polite, and unobtrusive presence when working near resident balconies, patios, and outdoor amenities.
