Luxury Residential Office Attendant / Administrative Assistant
Altera Luxury LivingAbout This Role
This role blends back-office administrative duties with front-of-house hospitality in a high-end residential setting. You will serve as the operational glue between property management, residents, and vendors, ensuring every interaction reflects the polished standards of a luxury brand. It suits someone who thrives on variety—juggling filing, guest greeting, and mail sorting—while maintaining an immaculate, service-first environment.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The listed qualifications suggest the employer values meticulous organizational habits and a calm, professional demeanor over extensive experience. They are likely seeking a candidate who can transition seamlessly between clerical precision and warm resident engagement, with basic computer literacy and a knack for anticipating needs. Prior exposure to property management or upscale hospitality settings would strengthen your profile, but a proven track record of reliability and discretion is paramount.
How to Approach This Application
Tailor your CV to highlight any roles where you managed both administrative tasks and client-facing duties, even outside hospitality. In your cover letter, emphasize your ability to maintain a tidy, welcoming workspace and your comfort handling sensitive documents and resident requests with poise. Mention specific examples of juggling multiple priorities—like processing invoices while greeting visitors—to demonstrate your adaptability.
Who This Role Suits
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of administrative or hospitality experience who enjoys a structured yet dynamic daily routine. Competition is moderate, as the niche nature of luxury residential work attracts candidates with a service mindset and polished presentation.
