Property & Stock Controller

The Property & Stock Controller is responsible for the oversight of physical assets and inventory levels. This includes tracking procurement, managing storage, conducting audits, and ensuring that property (both fixed and movable) is utilized efficiently and maintained according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and oversee the receiving and issuing of goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Asset Tracking: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Fixed Asset Register (FAR), ensuring all company property is tagged and located.
• Auditing & Compliance: Lead regular physical stock counts and "wall-to-wall" audits. Investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and scheduled maintenance for company facilities or equipment to ensure longevity and safety compliance.
• Procurement Support: Collaborate with the purchasing department to verify the quality and quantity of incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Reporting: Generate monthly reports on stock valuation, asset depreciation, wastage, and inventory turnover rates.
• Loss Prevention: Implement security protocols to minimize "shrinkage" (theft, damage, or administrative errors).

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Property Management, Business Admin, or related field.& 2 -4Years of related Experience
