Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of client organizations, including their operations, strategies, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Develop innovative strategies and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with clients and align their goals and priorities.
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytical tools and identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models and forecasts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
• Communicate project status and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans and roadmaps for strategic recommendations.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during the change management process.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business studies.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Management Consultancy
