Role Purpose

Lead showroom operations, drive sales performance, manage the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and achieve assigned targets
• Lead and manage showroom hosts and Key Account Managers
• Oversee daily showroom operations and performance
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product display
• Manage walk-in customers and support closing of sales
• Monitor team discipline, performance, and customer handling
• Collect customer feedback and improve service quality
• Identify and develop local business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Educational Background & Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset

Compensation

• Gross Salary: 23,740 ETB per month

Commission:

• 2% on own sales 
• 0.5% on sales generated by directly managed team members
