Purpose of the job

  • On time in Full Tax Declaration

  • To help the company to be tax compliance

  • To Identify & Correct the company tax risk areas

  • To assist the Tax Controller and Accounting & Reporting team on any tax matters applicable to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep & Maintain tax records

  • Insure Monthly & Yearly tax reconciliation are correct & submission on time

  • Lead on time tax submission & ownership of E-Tax Submission

  • Insure Monthly & Yearly tax adjustments are made on time

  • Providing tax information & clarification for External Auditors

  • Administrating Tax Audit

  • Processing Tax Clearance,

  • Preparation of tax contribution with full documentation

  • Preparing internal/External tax reports with tax controller

  • Preparing tax meeting & tax training with collaborating with Tax controller

  • Management of tax accounting

  • Standardized tax accounting & tax calculation for the three Breweries

  • Support different departments within the company for any tax related issues with tax controller

  • Lead the implementation of internal & external tax procedures

  • Processing of current/outstanding tax issues, claims and assessments 

  • Monitoring different receipts (Cash/Credit sales, Withholding, Cash receipt Voucher) printing approval from ERCA & proper implementation

  • Insure the updated compilation & implementation of different tax proclamation, Regulation and Directives

  • Identification & minimization of tax risks on day to day transactionsbypreparation of adequate tax defense file 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • At least minimum of [3] years of experience in tax accountant or a related field.
