About This Role
This is an entry-level support position within a well-regarded local consultancy. The role sits in the Learning Solutions Department, meaning you will be the operational backbone for training logistics, client coordination, and administrative tasks that keep programs running smoothly. It suits a detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in the professional services or training sector, rather than someone seeking a creative or strategic role from day one.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The job is seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience, which suggests the employer values some professional maturity but is willing to invest in a junior team member. More than specific degrees, the requirements imply a need for strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines. This is a profile focused on reliability and a service-oriented mindset, not specialized technical expertise.
How to Approach This Application
In your application, emphasize any experience you have in coordinating events, managing schedules, or supporting training programs. Highlight your proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and give examples of how you have managed administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The employer will prioritize candidates who demonstrate attention to detail and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Who This Role Suits
This role is best suited for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to enter the consultancy or training sector and is ready to learn on the job. It is likely to be moderately competitive, as it offers a foot in the door with a respected local firm.
