Job Summary 

• Monitor and review customer accounts and transactions for suspicious activities and ensure proper escalation.

• Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance processes.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of compliance activities.

• Conduct regular compliance reviews and assessments across branches and departments.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory directives (e.g., NBE requirements).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field. 
• Minimum 2–4 years of Banking experience.
