1. General Manager (GM)
Department: Executive management
Reports To: The board of directors/ Shareholders Location: Addis Ababa
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall strategy, operations, and sustainable growth.
- Oversee technology development, project delivery, and quality assurance.
- Manage departments, teams, budgets, and organizational performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, electrical and communication Engineering or closely related field.
- Having proven management related degree/certificate is advantageous
- Required Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Required Managerial Skills
- Strategic planning, organizational leadership, and business development.
- Project portfolio management, budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
- Team leadership, performance management, and talent development.
- Client relationship management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnership development.

Required Technical Skills
- Understanding of software architecture, system design, and software development lifecycle.

- Ability to oversee technical teams, review system designs, and ensure software quality, security, and scalability.
- Experience managing complex IT projects and technology solutions.
