Position: Government Relations Manager (Regional & Local Affairs)
Location: Akaki/Gelan

Education
- Master's Degree (preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience, Minimum 5 years in senior management position, Proven track record of working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and international organizations. Experience in corporate communications and policy advocacy at senior management level. Experience working with government institutions and investment projects.
- Industrial Park or manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
Main Role of the Job holder
- Develop and implement strategies for effective engagement with regional and local government authorities.
- Represent AMG Holdings in official meetings, consultations, and community forums.
- Monitor and analyze local policy, regulatory, and administrative developments affecting company operations.
- Provide timely reports and recommendations to senior leadership on local government issues and risks.
- Establish and maintain strong networks with local stakeholders, community leaders, and administrative bodies.
- Support corporate reputation by fostering transparent and constructive relationships.
