Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for candidates with 0–1 year of experience or fresh graduates in Business Management, Accounting, or related fields who are eager to start their career in commercial operations. The position involves supporting export and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting with SAP order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Track NBE Delinquent Files – Monitor monthly NBE delinquent files and ensure timely release by NBE.
- Bank Operations Support – Assist in following up on bank US dollar approvals, settlements, collections, and export transfer operations.
- SAP Order Management – Support local SAP order placement for business departments and coordinate export SAP order placement.
- Import & Export Documentation – Assist the Ministry of Commerce office in completing import/export orders and contracts, and manage the collection, organization, and filing of relevant materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
