Director-Corporate Marketing

Position Summary

The Corporate Marketing Director will provide strategic
leadership for all marketing activities within Gift Group, with primary
emphasis on Gift Real Estate PLC. The successful candidate will lead
advertising and promotion, digital marketing, market research, market
intelligence, customer insights, branding, and strategic marketing initiatives
that support business growth and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group-wide marketing strategy and execution.
• Direct all advertising, branding, and promotional
  activities.
• Drive digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Establish and manage market research and competitive
  intelligence functions.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitor
  pricing, commissions, and incentive practices.
• Generate actionable market insights for business
  decision-making.
• Advise management on product positioning, customer
  preferences, and pricing strategies.
• Support branch expansion decisions through market
  feasibility studies.
• Strengthen corporate and project branding across all Group
  companies.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years relevant total experience of which at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Proven track record in strategic marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and market research.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience in real estate, construction, FMCG, banking, telecommunications, or related sectors is highly desirable.
