Job Summary:

Kavod Commercial invites applications for the role of Junior Sales Representative within its Commercial & Growth Division. The position supports direct sales activities for commercial properties and is designed for early-career sales professionals seeking structured exposure, hands-on learning, and growth within a performance-driven commercial environment.

The role focuses on prospect engagement, sales support, client follow-ups, and assistance in transaction execution across Kavod Commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support direct sales activities for commercial property offerings 

  • Engage prospective clients and respond to inquiries under supervision 

  • Assist with property presentations and site visits 

  • Generate own leads and follow up on company generated leads from marketing and tele sales teams. 

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation 

  • Support transaction coordination and handover processes 

  • Build foundational knowledge of commercial real estate products and market dynamics

Junior Sales Representatives receive structured lead support and on-the-job guidance to strengthen sales capability and performance discipline.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 6 months and less than 2 years of cumulative sales experience (Cross-industry sales experience acceptable)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution

  • Strong direct sales and deal-closing capability 

  • Effective negotiation and persuasion skills 

  • Professional written and verbal communication 

  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and meet defined targets
