  Job details: 

• Completes issues assigned by various departments and management within the given time from and reports to the relevant person. 
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the organization by not revealing the organizations activities to unauthorized persons. 
• On behalf of the company, he/she follows up on various issues and performs similar tasks with private organization, non government and government  organization such as the revenue bureau, Electricity, water and sewerage, city administration, insurance, road transport authority document verification and other offices
• He/she carries out various tasks assigned by the organization and performs similar tasks. 
• He/she is expected to politely explain and provide evidence for any requests made on behalf of the company. 
• Protecting the Company’s name and reputation 
• Liaise with various departments as necessary and ensure implementation according to direction 
• Protecting the company from unnecessary expenses and fostering a sense of ownership. 

Qualification 

• Diploma and above 

Experience 

• Five years relevant experience
