Job Summary:

Kavod Commercial invites applications for the position of Senior Sales Representatives — Direct Sales Specialist within its Commercial & Growth Division. The role is responsible for marketing, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial property transactions exclusively, in alignment with the company’s commercial development strategy.

This position is intended for experienced direct sales professionals with a proven record of performance in structured sales environments, disciplined execution, and strong client-facing advisory capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market, negotiate, and close high-value commercial properties across Kavod Commercial developments 

  • Execute direct sales activities from initial prospect engagement through contract execution and handover 

  • Conduct formal property presentations, site visits, and client briefings 

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual conditions in line with company policy 

  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients 

  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and applicable legal requirements 

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance reports 

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity relevant to direct sales

Sales representatives receive structured lead support through Kavod Commercial’s digital marketing and telemarketing units, enabling focused execution of direct sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience (cross-industry experience acceptable) Education 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets 

  • Good negotiation and closing skills
