Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representatives (SR) to drive brand growth and market excellence across multiple regions in Ethiopia. If you have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the mobile or FMCG industry, we want to hear from you.

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand in the field. Your primary mission is to optimize market presence, maintain strong retail relationships, and ensure our products are the top choice for consumers. This role requires high energy, local market expertise, and a commitment to data-driven reporting.

Locations:

• Central: Addis Ababa, Adama, Assela, Batu (Zeway)
• South/West: Hawassa, Jimma, Gambela, Bale

• North/East: Bahir Dar, Debre Markos, Mekele, Jigjiga, Dire Dawa

  Key Responsibilities

• Market Monitoring: Conduct daily routine checks on inventory levels, ensure pricing compliance, and track competitor activities.
• Brand Promotion: Actively influence retail stores to prioritize Infinix as their primary recommended brand to customers.
• Reporting: Submit timely Daily Call Reports (DCR), ensuring all sales data, stock status, and market feedback are accurate and actionable.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional rapport with shop owners and floor assistants.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree  in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in the Mobile Phone or FMCG industry.
• Local Insights: Deep familiarity with local retail resources and existing store networks in your applied location is highly preferred.
• Operational Intensity: Ability and willingness to conduct high-frequency field visits (targeting 50 stores per day).
• Core Competencies: Strong execution skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a proactive sales mindset.
