The Role
Are you a trained mechanic or automotive engineer who knows what goes on under the hood better than anyone else? Do you have a passion for helping people find the exact solutions they need?
We are not just looking for a standard salesperson; we are looking for a Spare Parts Expert. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our extensive inventory and our customers. You will use your mechanical background to advise clients, identify the correct parts catalogs, and drive our sales forward by building trust through your undeniable expertise.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Technical Sales & Advisory: Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, helping them identify the exact parts needed for their specific vehicle models.
- Part Identification: Accurately navigate Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), OEM manuals, and cross-reference databases using VIN numbers and engine codes to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to establish our company as their go-to parts supplier.
- Inventory & Stock Insights: Work closely with our team to recommend high-demand items, identify market trends in vehicle repairs, and ensure optimal stock levels of fast-moving parts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming parts for quality and authenticity, utilizing your mechanical background to ensure we only sell the best to our customers.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
- Educational Background: BSc Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Auto Mechanics, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in the automotive sector. Previous hands-on experience as a professional mechanic or workshop manager is highly preferred.
- Parts Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive systems for major vehicle brands popular in Ethiopia.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Sales Drive: A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to close sales and meet targets without compromising on integrity and technical accuracy.
