Structural Forman Position 

Job Summary:

An experienced Structural Forman to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site. The Structural Forman will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction workers and daily site activities.

• Assign tasks and ensure work is performed according to drawings and instructions.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site rules.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.

• Monitor material usage and report shortages.

• Prepare daily progress reports.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Construction, Building Technology, or related field study from TVET.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant construction experience, with proven experience as building Structure Foreman
• Qty: 1
