About This Role
This is a solo webmaster role at a real estate company, not a software engineering position at a tech firm. You would be the single person responsible for keeping Temer's public-facing website accurate, fast, and secure — updating property listings, fixing what breaks, and making sure the site actually generates leads. It suits someone who is comfortable owning an entire website alone and who understands that in real estate, the website is a sales tool first and a technical artifact second.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The junior seniority level combined with the scope of responsibilities tells you this is a broad generalist role — the employer needs one person who can handle content updates, performance tuning, and basic security rather than a specialist in any single area. The emphasis on marketing alignment and lead generation signals they want someone who thinks about conversion and brand presentation, not just code quality. Expect the interview to probe whether you can work independently without a technical team to fall back on.
How to Approach This Application
Lead with evidence that you have maintained a live website end-to-end — uptime, load speed improvements, security fixes, content updates — rather than listing frameworks. If you have any experience with real estate, property listing platforms, or lead-capture forms, make that prominent, since it maps directly to their business model. Showing you understand how a website supports sales (inquiry forms, SEO, page speed affecting bounce rates) will separate you from candidates who only present technical skills.
Who This Role Suits
Best suited for an early-career developer who wants full ownership of a website and is comfortable being the only technical person in the room; competition is likely moderate, and practical portfolio evidence will matter more than credentials.
