Job Summary: To manage customer relationships, ensure timely loan repayments, and handle loan recovery processes while maintaining positive client engagement and compliance with company policies.

Key Job & Responsibilities:

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments. 
  • Follow up with customers on overdue payments through calls and visits. 
  • Negotiate repayment plans with delinquent clients. 
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan recovery activities. 
  • Collaborate with the credit and finance teams to manage risk and minimize loan defaults. 
  • Prepare reports on loan performance, arrears, and recovery progress. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 3 years of banking/MFI experience, of which 1 year as a Junior customer relation officer
