Education
- Master's Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in customer relationship management, client services, or business development.
Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering service excellence.
Experience in industrial or corporate settings is an advantage.
Main Role of the Job holder
Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
Prepare reports on customer engagement, satisfaction levels, and relationship outcomes
Support business development initiatives by fostering trust and loyalty among clients.
