- ደረጃ 4/ደረጃ 3 መንጃ ፈቃድ ወይንም ህዝብ 1/ ህዝብ 2 መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው/ያላት

- ሁለት (2) ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ያለው/ያላት
ተግባር እና ሃላፊነቶች
- ሥነ ሥርዓቶች/ ተገዢ ይሆናል/ትሆናለች፡፡
- የክልሉ ትራንስፖርት መገናኛ ቢሮ በሚፈቅደው ህጋዊ መንገድ የሚፈድለትን ተሽከርካሪ ብቻ ያሽከረክራል/ታሽከረክራለች፡፡
- መኪናውን በንጽህና በመጠበቅ ለሥራ ብቁ ያደርጋል/ታደርጋለች፡፡
- አነስተኛ ጥገናዎችን ያከናውናል/ታከናውናለች ይህም ስፓርክ ፕላጎችን ማጽዳት፣ ካርቦሬተርን ማስተካከልና አንዳንድ የተበላሹ ቦታዎችን መጠገንንና የመሳሰሉትን ያከናውናል/ ታከናውናለች፡፡
- ሾፌር ፋሲሊቲስ ማናጅመንት II ለጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ሃላፊ መልዕክቶችንና ሌሎች ነገሮችን ወደ ቢሮ ማድረስ ወይም ወደ ተለያዩ ድርጅቶችና መ/ቤቶች መላክ የመኪና ነጂ ደረጃ አንድ የሚከተሉትን ዝርዝር ስራዎች በኃላፊነት ያከናውናል/ታከናውናለች፡፡
- የድርጅቱን የአገልግሎት /ሰርቪስ/ መኪናዎችንም ሆነ ሌሎች የባንኩን መኪናዎች በሚመለከተው ባለስልጣን ወይንም አለቃ በታዘዘ/ች ጊዜ አስፈላጊውን የመኪና ማሽከርከር አገልግሎት ይሰጣል/ትሰጣለች፡፡
- ደብዳቤዎችን፣ መልዕክቶችንና ሌሎች ዕቃዎን በታዘዘ/ች ጊዜ ከቦታ ቦታ በየቀኑ የሚሄደውን/የምትሄደውን የኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ይመዘግባል/ትመዘግባለች፡፡
- የቀን ተቀን ሥራውን/ዋን ከመጀመሩ/ሩዋ በፊት የተሽከርካሪውን መኪና ዝግጁነት ማረጋገጥ የሚኖርበት/ባት ሲሆን ይህም የመኪናውን ዘይት፣ የውሃ መጠን፣ የፍሬን ደህንነት፣ የተለያዩ መብራቶችንና የመሳሰሉትን ይፈትሻል/ትፈትሻለች፡፡ ሽከርካሪው ሁልጊዜ በጥሩ ሁኔታ ላይ መሆኑን ያረጋግጣል፡፡
- ተገቢውን ጥንቃቄም አደጋዎችና ያልተለመዱ አጋጣሚዎች ሲከሰቱ ሁኔታውን ለሚመለከታቸው ባለስልጣኖች እና ለቅርብ አለቃው/ዋ በፍጥነት ያሳውቃል/ታሳውቃለች፡፡ መኪናው ጋራጅ በሚገባበት ጊዜ የጥገና ሥራዎችን በመከታተል ተገቢው ጥገና በአጥጋቢና በሚፈለገው ደረጃ መከናወኑን ያረጋግጣል/ታረጋግጣለች፡፡
- መኪናውን በሚያሽከረክርበት/ በምታሽከረክርበት ጊዜ ሁሉ ለሁሉም የትራፊክ መመሪያዎች/የመንገድ ላይ ሥነ ሥርዓቶች/ ተገዢ ይሆናል/ትሆናለች፡፡ የክልሉ ትራንስፖርት መገናኛ ቢሮ በሚፈቅደው ህጋዊ መንገድ የሚፈድለትን
- ተሽከርካሪ ብቻ መኪናውን በንጽህና በመጠበቅ ለሥራ ብቁ ያደርጋል/ታደርጋለች፡፡
- አነስተኛ ጥገናዎችን ያከናውናል/ታከናውናለች ይህም ስፓርክ ፕላጎችን ማጽዳት፣ ካርቦሬተርን ማስተካከልና አንዳንድ የተበላሹ ቦታዎችን መጠገንንና የመሳሰሉትን ያከናውናል/ ታከናውናለች፡፡
- የባንኩን ሥራዎች ለማከናወን የተረከባቸውን/የተረከበቻቸውን ዕቃዎችና መሳሪያዎች በጥሩ ሁኔታ በመያዝ በአግባቡ ይጠቀምባቸዋል/ትጠቀምባቸዋለች፡፡
- ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ የቅርብ አለቃው/ዋ በሚያዘው መሠረት ሌሎች ተግባሮችን ያከናውናል/ታከናውናለች:
