About This Role
This is a gatekeeper role at the heart of a manufacturing company's leadership, where you will manage the CEO's schedule, correspondence, and day-to-day coordination. It suits someone who thrives on being the organizational backbone for a busy executive and understands that much of the work is invisible but essential. Maleda Foam and Plastic is an established local manufacturer, so expect a fast-moving, operations-driven environment rather than a polished corporate one.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The experience requirement signals they want someone who has already learned the rhythms of executive support and can anticipate needs without being told. The emphasis on English proficiency alongside local language skills suggests the CEO interacts with external partners, suppliers, or international contacts, and you will be the filter for much of that communication. Advanced Microsoft Office expectations point to real deliverables—reports, presentations, scheduling systems—not just basic typing.
How to Approach This Application
Highlight specific instances where you managed complex calendars, coordinated across departments, or handled confidential information with discretion. This employer likely values reliability and initiative over credentials, so describe how you made an executive's work smoother rather than listing duties. If you have supported leadership in a manufacturing or operations-heavy setting, make that visible early.
Who This Role Suits
Best suited for a career EA who is comfortable in a lean, hands-on environment and can work independently without much hand-holding. Competition will be moderate, but candidates with manufacturing or industrial sector exposure will stand out.
