About This Role
This role is a field-based entry point into pharmaceutical sales, focused on building relationships with healthcare providers and driving product adoption. It suits early-career professionals who are comfortable with frequent client visits and meeting sales targets, while gaining exposure to Ethiopia’s pharmaceutical supply chain.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The job seeks candidates who combine basic sales drive with the ability to engage health professionals—meaning strong interpersonal skills matter as much as any academic background. The emphasis on “junior” suggests the company is willing to invest in training, but expects self-motivation and a willingness to learn product details quickly.
How to Approach This Application
Highlight any direct experience with healthcare providers or retail pharmacy environments, even if from internships or volunteer work. Emphasize your comfort with field visits and client follow-ups, and be ready to demonstrate how you have handled rejection or met targets in previous roles—even non-sales ones.
