Job Purpose

The Liaison Officer is responsible for facilitating effective communication and coordination between the organization and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, visits, and communications with government offices, partners, and service providers.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of official documents, permits, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records of communications, agreements, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare reports and updates on liaison activities for management review.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements by ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may hinder collaboration or project progress.
  • Represent the organization professionally in external meetings and forums.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment in communications and stakeholder management.
  • Assist in preparing summaries, briefs, or dashboards for management decision-making.

Job Specification

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.

Professional Experience

  • 2-3 Years of experience 

Core Professional Skills

  •  Business Administration, Public Relations and communication 

Behavioural & Functional Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
