PART-TIME HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
New Leaf Medical Complex is inviting qualified and experienced healthcare professionals to join our team on a part-time basis. We are seeking clinically competent, reliable, and patient-centred professionals with practical experience in established hospitals or medical complexes.
Applicants residing within approximately 5–6 km of NLMC, Lebu – Musica Sefer, are strongly preferred to support accessibility, timely attendance, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements
Nursing Positions
- BSc Degree/ Msc in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid professional nursing licence.
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital, medical centre, or specialised healthcare facility.
- Direct experience in the relevant clinical unit is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated competence in patient assessment, monitoring, clinical documentation, infection prevention, and patient safety.
- Strong teamwork, communication, professionalism, and patient-centred care.
Anaesthetist Position
- MSc qualification in Anaesthesia from a recognised institution.
- Valid professional licence/registration.
- Relevant hospital-based anaesthesia experience.
- Competence in pre-anaesthetic assessment, anaesthesia administration, patient monitoring, and perioperative care within the professional scope of practice.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Currently residing within 5–6 km of New Leaf Medical Complex, Lebu – Musica Sefer.
