Post Trip Inspection (PTI) - Truck Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive pre-trip inspection checklists and protocols aimed at ensuring the safety and reliability of trucks.
• Guarantee that all trucks undergo meticulous inspections before each trip to promptly identify and address potential safety issues.

• Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team to schedule necessary repairs and maintenance based on inspection findings.
• Oversee the timely execution of maintenance activities to minimize fleet downtime.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for enhancement in fleet safety and performance.
• Implement strategies to improve the overall reliability and readiness of the fleet.
• Establish effective communication channels with other departments to ensure seamless transport logistics and operational coordination.
• Report significant vehicle safety issues or concerns to senior management promptly.
• Assist in the formulation and management of the budget allocated for fleet maintenance and inspections.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Transportation Management or a related role
• Knowledgeable about industry trends, supply chain processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
