Printing Machine Operator

The Printing Machine Operator :- is responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines to ensure high-quality production output. The role involves setting up machines, monitoring printing processes, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate printing machines according to production plans and specifications
• Set up machines (ink, paper, plates, settings) before starting production
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality
• Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and defects
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance team
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize waste
• Maintain production records and reports
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets

Working Conditions:

• Factory/production environment
• May require shift work, weekends, or overtime
• Exposure to noise, ink and machinery

Qualification and Skills

Education:-

• Diploma or Technical Training in Printing Technology, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in printing machine operation
