Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effective physical counting of products.
- Reconciling of the available product with the reported product.
- Reconciling of the actual product quantity with the product quantity that transferred through system (SAP).
- Always make sure the finished product is free from any physical damage, and it is as per the standard during transferring from production to warehouse.
- Recording of the transactions on both hard and soft copies on daily or shift basis.
- Always make sure the prepared hardcopy file has been signed off by authorized personnel.
- Make sure the document is easily available and traceback when needed.
- Always make sure the physical transaction of goods has been completed with the required period.
- Make sure the finished product storing areas are free for the operation.
- Communicating and influencing all the stakeholders to facilitate the physical movement of finished goods on the required period.
- Detail knowledge on each brands SKUs, primary packing materials, secondary packing materials, total number of pieces per each packaging, etc.
- Detail knowledge on the stacking procedures and standards.
- Always make sure you wear the required PPE before starting the job.
- Always make sure maintaining of good housekeeping.
- Always make sure the products are kept on the designated area.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Comply to the EHS requirement of Wilmar in the day-to-day operation.
- Immediate report when you observe any unsafe conditions.
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or in any field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as clerk /storekeeper assistant or any related work experience
