Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Food Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Food technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience, including supervisory or management/managerial/ responsibility, preferably in food, beverage, confectionery, or consumer goods manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience in managing production teams and manufacturing operations.
Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, productivity improvement, and cost control.
