Job Purpose:- To achieve the group sales objectives in the assigned region, the incumbent implements the group’s sales & marketing strategies & annual plan and facilitates conducive environment like selecting/recruit agents, mediate between the group and the agent.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluates Agent and Agent’s sales force performance.
Creates regional area sales plans and targets in alignment with the group’s overall plan.
Conducts periodical visits to agents and key outlets under his responsibility and produces visit reports.
Drives sales volume to achieve sales target set for the regional area.
Receives and handles objections/complaints of agents or outlets.
Accountable for availability, visibility, and accessibility of the group range in priority outlets.
Understands and communicates price dynamics in the regional area.
- Close follows-up and monitors performances and activities of agent and agent’s sales force
Conducts weekly and monthly stock count and report.
Receives sales orders and track stock availability at the group vicinity.
Prepares and communicates all required reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensures adherence of FIFO stock movement method at agent warehouse.
Actively participates in promotional activities conducted in his/her regional area.
Supports Agent to increase sell-in and sell-out performances and reports on agent sales results.
Develops route plans, ensures route, and price adherence of agents.
Coordinates proper communication of recommended Retail Prices (RRP) of the group products to outlets.
Participates in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual agents’ sales volume.
Analyzes regional area market trends and discovers new opportunities for growth.
Address potential problems in the regional area and suggest prompt solutions.
Suggests new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Liaisons between the group, agents, and Outlets for smooth functioning of the business.
Assesses the market and reflect on competitor activities in the area that require counter strategy.
Follows-up and reports on activities that disturb the market (under/over pricing, transshipment, hoarding, etc..) in the regional area.
Manages identification, collection, and replacement of defective/damaged products.
Ensures proper allocation and distribution of products to outlets.
Executes the picture of success in key outlets of his/her territory according to the group standards per channel.
Coaches and develops Agent’s sales team.
Recruits and manages sub-agent and stockiest network.
Implements and respects all tasks in compliance with standards and respects all the set parameters by the system.
Keeps records and documentation in compliance with the standards.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification and Skills
Education:-
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or Management or related field of studies.
Experience
- 6 years of relevant experiance
Skills
Excellent customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of tactical sales skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
