KADISCO General Hospital P.L.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced ** Senior Anesthetist ** to lead the delivery of safe, high-quality anesthesia services while supporting excellence in perioperative patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic patient assessments.
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia under the direction of an Anesthesiologist.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring prompt management of any complications.
- Provide pre- and post-anesthetic care, including ventilator management and respiratory support as assigned.
- Maintain accurate anesthesia records and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
- Oversee the availability of anesthesia drugs, oxygen, and essential consumables in the operating theatre.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of anesthesia machines and related equipment.
- Support cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), emergency response, and critical care activities.
- Assist in staff training, research, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster effective teamwork, maintain patient confidentiality, and promote excellent patient and family relations.
- Perform other professional duties related to anesthesia services as assigned.
