Job Requirements
Having a Diploma in Food Preparation or a Level IV program in Food Production supervision
Having three years or above of hotel experience in a 5-star international/brand hotel.
Good communication skills in both Amharic and English language
Able to work as a team and on a Flexible schedule
Good understanding of food cost and able to design a menu
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential
