Key Responsibilities
Pan-Ethiopia Training Travel: Travel extensively across all regions of Ethiopia to conduct on-site training sessions.
Detailed Mechanic & Rider Training: Deliver complete, deep, and detailed technical training to Dealer Mechanics, PGMs, Local Mechanics, and Riders.
Complete IC Engine Training: Provide comprehensive, end-to-end technical training on the entire Internal Combustion (IC) Engine architecture and all related mechanical systems for 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
Full EV System Training: Deliver complete training on the entire Electric Vehicle (EV) system, including its powertrain, battery technology, and electrical components.
End-to-End Training Delivery: Execute a structured training flow by explaining the core concepts through theory first, conducting extensive hands-on practical workshop training next, and concluding with rigorous technical testing, evaluation, and final certification of the trainees.
Fault Diagnostics: Guide teams on electrical troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, and using tools like Multimeter and Tachometer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or a related technical or business discipline.
Experience: 5–7 years of solid, hands-on mechanical and technical experience strictly within the two-wheeler and three-wheeler industry.
Technical Deep-Dive Expertise: Must possess expert-level proficiency and a proven track record in complete engine overhauling, gearbox rebuilding, and multi-brand powertrain diagnostics.
EV & IC Competency: Comprehensive, granular knowledge of both traditional Internal Combustion (IC) engines and advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) electrical systems, including controllers, batteries, and diagnostic scanners.
Preferred Advantage: Candidates with prior experience as a Technical Automotive Trainer, or Senior Mechanic Mentor who have previously conducted structured training workshops, will receive direct priority for immediate hiring.
- Languages: Fluent in Amharic (mandatory for training local mechanics/riders) and proficient in English (required for corporate reporting).
Travel Readiness: 100% physically prepared and willing to travel continuously to remote regional workshops and dealer hubs across the country
